1. Service Bookings & Orders

By placing an order or booking a training session with Afriscience, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation by our team.

• Public courses are held via live virtual classrooms unless otherwise stated.
• In-house training requires a minimum of 14 days' notice for scheduling and customization.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) or British Pounds (GBP) as specified on your invoice. Payment must be cleared prior to the commencement of any training or project delivery.

• Payment methods: BACS, Credit Card, or EFT.
• We do not accept payments by cheque.
• For project-based work, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.

3. Cancellations & Transfers

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

• Cancellations 15+ days before: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations within 14 days: No refund, but a substitute participant is permitted at no extra cost.
• Transfers: You may transfer to a future date once, subject to a ZAR 500 / £25 transfer fee.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All course materials, website code, and design assets created by Afriscience are protected by international copyright laws.

• Course materials are for the sole use of the registered participant.
• Sharing, recording, or redistributing our live sessions or digital content is strictly prohibited.
• Upon final payment, clients receive a license to use design assets, but the underlying source code may remain the property of Afriscience.

5. Limitation of Liability

Afriscience provides training and design services with the highest professional standards. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our advice, software, or design implementations.
