Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a course?

You can book directly via our website by selecting your course and clicking 'Book Now'. Alternatively, you can request a manual booking form by emailing us. Your place is officially confirmed once payment is received.

What are the payment terms?

All fees must be paid in full prior to the course commencement. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Direct Bank Deposits, and all major Credit Cards. For corporate clients, we can issue a Pro-forma invoice upon request.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. We offer tiered discounts for multiple bookings from the same organization: 10% for 3-5 delegates and 15% for 6 or more delegates on the same public course.

Is VAT included in the prices?

Prices are typically quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. A full Tax Invoice will be provided for your accounting records following your booking.

Can I transfer my booking to another date?

Yes. Transfers are permitted if requested at least 14 days before the start date. A small administration fee may apply for late transfers, subject to availability on future dates.

Are the courses accredited for CPD?

Absolutely. Our training is designed to align with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) standards. You will receive a formal Certificate of Completion which can be used to claim hours with your professional body.

Do you offer bespoke In-House training?

This is our specialty. We can customize any of our 150+ programmes to fit your company’s specific challenges and deliver it privately to your team, either at your offices or virtually.

What technical setup is required for Virtual training?

You will need a stable internet connection (min 2Mbps), a functional webcam, and a microphone. We primarily use Zoom and Microsoft Teams, but can accommodate other platforms for private group sessions.

Who are the course trainers?

Our instructors are senior-level practitioners and industry experts with extensive real-world experience in Engineering, Legal, and Finance sectors across South Africa and international markets.

What happens if Afriscience cancels a course?

In the rare event that we must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a 100% credit toward any future training programme of your choice.
